Refund and Returns Policy

At Equine Quality Treats by the Farrier’s Daughter, we are committed to our customers’ happiness and the well-being of their horses. If, for any reason, you or your horse are not completely satisfied with our products, we are here to make things right.
 
Return Policy
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. We believe this provides ample time to assess the suitability of our treats for your equine friends.
Condition of Goods: We ask that any treats you wish to return are in their original packaging. While we understand that you may have opened the package to try the treats, we request that most of the product remain intact for a full refund.

Package Your Return: Securely package the treats you wish to return, ideally in the original shipping container to ensure they arrive safely.

Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or any proof of purchase with your return. This will expedite the refund process.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund may take 2-10 business days to post to your account.
 
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning their orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Exchanges
At this time, we only offer refunds. However, you are welcome to place a new order for a different product if you believe another of our offerings may better suit your horse’s tastes or dietary needs.
